Safer Neighborhoods

 

Angie knows we need more comprehensive solutions in order to fight crime. She will fight to cut down carjackings and catalytic converter thefts as well as lawless drag racing so our neighborhoods are safer.

Protecting Choice

 

Angie will always fight to protect critical women's health
services and a woman's right to choose in Illinois. Angie will protect access to reproductive health care and increase funding for Planned Parenthood to protect women and choice.

Better Jobs

 

Investing in more vocational training and expanding access to apprenticeships will prepare the next generation for jobs paying $35 or more an hour.

Welders, electricians and carpenters who are highly skilled will be
highly paid as they build a better and brighter future for
Chicago and their families.

Parks, Kids Programs

 

Angie knows a key component of maintaining a healthy vibrant community is by ensuring the parks, little leagues and programs for children are easily accessible and most important available.

 

She learned to swim at the local YMCA, which later led to her to swim during high school but also volunteer as a swim instructor at the YMCA.
